Hi Chulita,
Welcome to the Spybot Forum :)
Did you run any of the scans requested in Post #2 in this thread?
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
That's important because HijackThis doesn't scan the entire system. We want to rule out anything that might be a malware threat first. Let me know if any malware was found on your computer in those scans.
Now, let me print out your HijackThis log for easier reading and I will be right back to reply as to what needs to be done there :)

This item:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
Is not malware however, it is generally recommended that you uninstall the P2P Networking. P2P Networking is a totally useless Kazaa add-on, and it's been reported to be responsible for serious system slowdowns. You can uninstall P2P Networking through Add/Remove Programs. If/when asked whether you also want to remove Altnet components, say 'Yes'.
Then remove the P2P Networking folder in C:\Windows\System32, if still there.
............
Next, you have one or more adware parasites that I recommend removing (NavHelper and/or NavExcel)
1. Close all Internet browsers
2. From your "Start" menu, select "Settings" and "Control Panel"
3. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Select NavHelper from the list and select the add/remove button
5. Reboot your computer once the uninstall process is complete
Follow the instructions below to uninstall NavExcel Search Toolbar:
1. Close all Internet browsers
2. From your "Start" menu, select "Settings" and "Control Panel"
3. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
4. Select NavExcel Search Toolbar from the list and select the add/remove button
5. Reboot your computer once the uninstall process is complete
Subsequently, do a scan with HijackThis and if either of the following entries is in the list, please checkmark them and press *fix checked*
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [navapp] C:\Program Files\NavExcel\NavHelper\v2.0.4d\navapp.exe
And delete this folder (if still there)
C:\Program Files\NavExcel
Other than that I don't see anything in your log to suggest other malware that might be responsible for the Stop-scam problem. Was your bank account affected?
Let me know if any malware was found by the online AV scanners or Spybot.
