spybot wont remove a problem

I hope im in the right spot..im hoping someone can help me my spybot will not remove a problem......NewDotNet......HKey_USER....i still have 2 problems under that heading that it wont fix...I also have a funweb product but was told by net-intergrations a while ago not to worrie it is a bad register key. i cant get them online so the next best thing is to come here. If this one to is a bad register key iss it any thing to worrie about?
