S&D cannot remove persistent taskbar object

I got a load of malware on my computer when I tried to run a downloaded setup.exe for activeX objects. After running S&D three times I managed to locate and fix all the smitfraud and a Zlob Downloader items found. But I cant remove this flashing shield icon on my taskbar, which keeps running a balloon saying I have threats on my computer. I know its not the standard Windows Security Centre icon and it appeared together with other malware.

Can u help me fix it?
