Malware!bot ???

After scanning my system with McAfee, I am told I have the following detected file...

C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrrs.exe

"Status" - Cannot be cleaned

"Scan Information" - Memory Trojan Name: New Malware!bot

Mcaffe will not clean the file, nor will it quaranteen or delete it. Any help as to how I should proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
