Win32.Tiny.ABK

Hi I m wondering if anyone can help.
recommended Spybot Search and Destroy to a friend installed it on there pc ran it and all was fine.
Now they are finding win32,tiny.abk every time they scan it removes it but then it comes back, is there away to remove it ?,
They are running windows xp.
and they are running not version 6 but the newest one before that only got ver 6 today not installed it yet.
they also have AVG 8 free with all updates installed.
and Zone Alarm free.
all updates are installed in spybot and it is immunized every sunday.
any information would be gratefully recieved
