HELP i keep getting unwanted popups!

hi

i constantly get popups from heavy.com firstadsolutions and stopzilla, ect.
now am i supposed to post a hijackthis log, how do you do that
any help would be great i have tried everything and nothing seems to be ridding me of these popups
