xmldis.dll Trojen

Hi,

I have run Kaspersky online scanner and I get the following infection coming up.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\xmldis.dll Infected: Trojan.Win32.d 1


I have also run spybot, malwarebytes and Norton these prgrammes gave a zero infection result.

Should I worry? and if I have to how do I go about fixing the problem? Any idea what this file actually does?
