Question about Spybot

I am new to this forum so please forgive me in advance if I ask a stupid question or post something in the wrong place.

I just ran Spybot and it came up with the following information in red.

Casalemedia
Clickbank
Directtrack
Interactivebrands
Marketengines
Mediaplex
Omniture
Right Media
Spywarebot
Statcounter
Talex.FTP.Regscan
Tradedoubler
Unknown
Virtumonde
Wildtangent
Win32.small.ddx
Zedo

Will I cause myself any problems if I tell it to search and destroy all of them???

Hi Dave and welcome to Safe Networking, let me first post a link to the Spybot forum, you have posted in the Malware Removal forum:

Next, please look at the top of the forum for the items marked "Sticky". tashi put those there for you, make sure to read them all, but especially this one:

When you get to post #2, watch for:
If you have not yet installed Spybot-S&D and read closely to see:

Close all browsers, check for problems and fix everything found in red
Repeat until no more items are found in red
