Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do. This can be a tough infection to remove so do not expect fast or easy.

It's sure a Vundo infection, you also have this adware junk running from your services? O23 - Service: RelevantKnowledge - TMRG, Inc. - C:\Program Files\RelevantKnowledge\rlservice.exe

Let's try combofix for starters, remember to run it as administrator.

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

Remove any old copies of combofix before you proceed.

Thanks to sUBs and anyone else who helped with this fix.

It is important that it is saved directly to your Desktop.

Download ComboFix from Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Post the combofix log and a new HJT log.

Let's cover a few things:

1) This is a free forum, it is generally running 3 to 5 days at forums, that's if you get a response.

2) The directions are pinned (sticky) to the top of the forum, read and follow them if you want help, they include:

"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=16806

Please do not attach or link to infected files!
All logs should be copy/pasted into topic and not attached unless requested by helper in that format.
This topic is so messed up, I will close it and you can start a new topic, this time follow the directions. Please post a link to this topic in the new post so whoever responds can review the information if they wish.

http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=31476

Thanks
