Pcsleek.com hidden registry entry

I just ran Sophos Rootkit program and it came up with a hidden registry entry for pcsleek.com that it said couldn't be removed. I had the impression that the entry was probably for IE, whereas I use Firefox, but I am not sure. I saw that there was some information recently on pcsleek.com on the forum but I thought it would be good to raise the issue afresh. Is this important? Should the hidden registry entry be removed? If so, how? Why doesn't Spybot find it? What does pcsleek do? I have never found myself there, but I imagine that it is doing something. I also note that I got this under XP Pro SP3, as the original poster noted.
