Hello Debdeb

Welcome to Safer Networking.

Please read Before YouPost (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

You have a bit of a mess going on, its going to take more than a mouseclick to clean you up.

You may want to print this out as you will have to disconnect from the internet for most of the fix.

Do this first...Important

Disable the TeaTimer, you can re enable it when were done if you wish

Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
On the left hand side, Click on Tools
Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer.

Open HijackThis > Do a System Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows including this one, the only program or window you should have open is HijackThis, check the following entries and click on Fix Checked.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xloadnet] "C:\Program Files\xloadnet\xloadnet.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{6b936abe-2be1-7594-e169-f7ab525c11d7}] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\unywxkeicdhnrnws.dll" DllStart

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\oxxkmvmc.dll",s
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [SpybotDeletingA777] command /c del "C:\WINDOWS\system32\byXnLCUk.dll" G
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [SpybotDeletingC2789] cmd /c del "C:\WINDOWS\system32\byXnLCUk.dll"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [xloadnet] "C:\Program Files\xloadnet\xloadnet.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Roqeqwnr] "C:\Program Files\?ppPatch\s?ool32.exe" G
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [mjc] C:\Program Files\mjc\mjc.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [GetPack20] "C:\Program Files\GetPack\GetPack20.exe"

This one was installed for an online survey, its running as a windows service using up precious system resources. I am sure its taking personal info and sending it back to the site.

There is going to be a lot more to do, lets run this program first as to not overwhelm you.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from [b]Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) or Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <-- Don't forget to do this
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a New Hijackthis log.

Looking a whole lot better, you should start to see some improvement on your system. A bit more to do.

You have Uniblue Registry cleaner, a legit program but if you do not know what your doing and remove the wrong entries ( and it will at times ) you can disable your system , if it was me I would uninstall it via the Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

Please download ATF Cleaner (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1) by Atribune to your desktop.

This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.Your system may start up slower after running ATF Cleaner, this is expected but will be back to normal after the first or second boot up

Download ComboFix from Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop.

In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download.
It must be saved directly to your desktop.

1. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan.
Click on this link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html) to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
Remember to re enable the protection again afterwards before connecting to the net

2. Close any open browsers and make sure you are disconnected from the net. Unplug the cable if need be before running combofix.

IF you have not already done so Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet when it starts.
If there is no internet connection when Combofix has completely finished then restart your computer to restore back the connections.

3. Now double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a report for you.
Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review

Debs

How are ya doing?? Combofix removed some more bad entries but I need to see the entire log.

C:\ComboFix.txt <-- You can find it here. When the log opens do just like a HJT log and go to Edit > Select All............Edit> Copy and paste it into this thread.

FYI <---I have been in computing since Windows 3.1 and have never had much use for any Registry Cleaners. The windows registry is very delicate and I have seen where some one has removed items, the computer would not boot up and the only option they had was to format and reinstall windows....not a whole lot of fun.

Just post the Combofix log please

Hi Debs,

Just a few files to delete

Open Notepad ( this will only work in Notepad ), go to Start> All Programs> Assessories> Notepad and copy all the text inside the Code box by highlighting it all and pressing CTRL C on your keyboard, then paste it into Notepad, make sure there is no space before and above File::

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\okspjs.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\cesawmqw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jrpaxsxy.dll

Save this as CFScript to your desktop.

Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/ken545/CFScript.gif

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Hi,

Your logs look fine but I think this is bad , do this please.

You need to enable windows to show all files and folders, instructions Here (http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html)

Go to VirusTotal (http://www.virustotal.com/) and submit this file for analysis, just use the browse feature and then Send File, you will get a report back, post the report into this thread for me to see.

ATENTION ATTENTION: VirusTotal is a free service offered by Hispasec Sistemas. There are no guarantees about the availability and continuity of this service. Although the detection rate afforded by the use of multiple antivirus engines is far superior to that offered by just one product, these results DO NOT guarantee the harmlessness of a file. Currently, there is not any solution that offers a 100% effectiveness rate for detecting viruses and malware.

Good Morning,

Open Notepad Go to Start> All Programs> Assessories> Notepad ( this will only work with Notepad )and copy all the text inside the Codebox by highlighting it all and pressing CTRL C on your keyboard, then paste it into Notepad, make sure there is no space before and above Folder::

Folder::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\aumsDK01

Save this as CFScript to your desktop.

Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/ken545/CFScript.gif

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Debs, update your Java so it will help keep this garbage from sneaking in on your system, your Java is very outdated

Your Java is out of date and leaving your system vulnerable.
Go to your Add-Remove Programs in the Control Panel and uninstall any previous versions of Java (J2SE Runtime Environment)
It should have an icon next to it:
http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/miekiemoes/images/javaicon.jpg
Select it and click Remove.
Reboot your system.
Then go to the Sun Microsystems (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp) and install the update
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7 <--This is what you need to download and install.
If you chose the online installation, it will prompt you to run the program.
If you chose the offline installation, you will be prompted to save the file and you can run it from wherever you saved it.
Then after install you can verify your installation here Sun Java Verify (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)
I like to to do the offline installation and save the setup file in case I may need it in the future

Post the New Combofix log and a New HJT log please

Hi Debs,

Looking Good :bigthumb: I want to point this out to you, this is totally your call to uninstall it, I would never allow P2P programs like this on any of my systems.

C:\Program Files\Kontiki

P2P programs form a direct conduit onto your computer, their security measures are easily circumvented, and Malware writers are increasingly exploiting them to spread their wares onto your computer. Further to that, if your P2P program is not configured correctly you may be sharing more files than you realize. There have been cases where people's Passwords, Address Books and other personal, private, and financial details have been exposed to the file sharing network by a badly configured program.

This article from InfoWorld illustrates perfectly the dangers of a poorly configured P2P program.
http://www.infoworld.com/article/07/09/06/...ID-theft_1.html

Many of the programs come bundled with other unwanted programs, but even the ones free of any bundled software are not safe to use.

When you use them you are downloading software from an unknown source directly onto your computer, bypassing your Firewall and Anti-Virus software. Hardly surprising then that many of these Downloads are being targeted to carry infections.

Malwarebytes<-- This is yours to keep, check for updates and run a scan now and then.

ATF Cleaner <-- This is also yours to keep, run it a few times a month to keep your system nice and clean

Combofix <-- This is not a general all purpose cleaning tool, do not download and run it without supervision

Click START then RUN
Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z176/EPL47/CF_Cleanup.png

When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"

The above procedure will:

Delete the following:
ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
VundoFix backups, if present
The C:\Deckard folder, if present
The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present

Reset the clock settings.
Hide file extensions, if required.
Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
Reset System Restore.

How did I get infected in the first place ? Read these links and find out how to prevent getting infected again.
