I'm running windows xp on a compaq presario 2500 with 3 user profiles. One dear user clicked on something he shouldn't have and infected us with
Zlob.Downloader.vcd
Virtumonde.dll
Virtumonde.prx
VistaAntivirus2008
Zlob.downloader.bs
(My avg free also found heur (something?) and Generic downloader.)
After running Spybot and removing these, my user's (administrator) desktop disappeared, but I could still get online logged in as another user. Now that user's desktop has disappeared. I tried downloading hijackthis to but cannot get to it with no icon or taskbar! I am afraid to go offline. Can you help me, please...:sad:
