I had done a fresh instal of of opera and then after running program and doing some sufing i went to spybot and did updates and ran the imunizer. after it was done it imunized everything but operas cookies. Is there a patch in the works to fix this or am i having problems with software or is this the first you've heard of it. just wondering. thanks

Spybot-SD v.1.5.2.20 cannot support the immunization of Opera 9.5.x because it is unable to recognize Opera's newer profile. Spybot-SD v.1.6.0.30 is optimized to protect (in other words, Immunize) later, newer browsers like Mozilla Firefox 3.x and Opera 9.5.x.
Download Spybot-Search&Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html)

If you need help uninstalling the previous version (You can overwrite the current version, but I suggest you uninstall to avoid any conflicts), refer to md usa spybot fan's post:

Does not work with Opera 9.51 and Spybot 1.60.
Spybot-SD 1.6.0.30 is optimized to Immunize Opera 9.5.x. There shouldn't be any problems.

It is not detected, even when Spybot is "undo", deinstalled and reinstalled again.

I was able, with 1.6, to immunize cookies on 9.51. However there is now a category of Plug-Ins (43 count) which Spybot fails to immunize.

This is true on three machines (2 xp and one server 2003). Is this what you were seeing?

Nope, I do not see anything Opera related, even with deinstalling Opera, Spybot, reinstall Opera, Spybot... nothing. Its only IE and Hosts.
