rundll32.exe 0xC0000005 error

I need help with my computer, everytime I boot it up, userinit.exe 0xc0000005 error appears and I need to open up task manager and manually run explorer.exe

I already saw other posts such as this but I can't understand most of them, the only things I understood was the downloading parts. I already ran DSS and this is what came out in the scan: main.txt:

I can't make heads or tails out of this, help me please. I'm just a kid, really.
