virtumonde and userinit.exe problems

Hi there,
Spybot detected virtumonde and virtumonde.prx after a scan and i deleted these files with spybot. After rebooting windows there appeared an error message userinit.exe could not been started after windows user login. windows firewall and other applications of windows are disabled.
Can anyone help me, please?!
