Antiviurs XP 2008 and Desktop Hijacked by Blue Screen; Warning: "Spyware Detected..."

I was recently infected by Antivirus XP 2008. I Googled the problem to see if I can get any help and one website had some manual removal instructions on how to individually delete Antivirus XP 2008 files. I followed the instructions as best as I could and restarted the computer. The desktop is still hijacked but the frequent warnings that I was getting before don't seem to be popping up anymore. Every now and then, a fake Firewall warning pops up warning me about a Trojan. I don't think I solved the problem in full. Below is my HJT log:

The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time.

Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says:

Please continue as follows:


Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
