I have also posted this at PCPitstop - but noone replied to my thread for five days while others all around me (threads less than one day old) were getting help. I really need the help guys so I would appreciate your time. I only list my IT credentials below to convince you I will understand and closely follow even the most complex instructions.
One thing; I was unable to update Spybot after installation because he has no internet on the trashed machine.

I'm an MCSE (x3) working for a large corporation as a server support guy and my mate asked me to look at his PC, because he'd opened a suspect email and it did lots of mad stuff to his system. Now I've done my absolute best but I can't get it fixed; and being in a large corporation I don't get much work in the way of malware/spyware/virus removal; and being a server support guy I get very little workstation support work - so I'd appreciate your help.
I booted his system in SAFE mode and ran Spybot S&D 1.6, and it found Virtumonde, Virtumonde.prx, and another one I don't remember the name of. It said it removed all three; but he still has no internet, still gets warnings from AVG, and still runs like a dog. Being at the limit of my abilities, I ran HJT and here's the log...
