Hi,
This might be a stupid question but I'm a little lost! I've been running Spybot S&D on my Desktop (XP) for years and I'm very thankful. Now with my new laptop (Vista) to immunize I need to give the program admin rights? At first i thought this just meant I had to Be an Administrator but I already was so what do i do???. I'm usually very adept at the computer especially at getting rid of malware when my anti-malware programs don't but on othere issues that are comparatively easy i meet my match!!!
Thanks anyway,
Infiltrator :P

Hi Infiltrator,

Welcome to Safer Networking :welcome:

Please read the FAQ:

How can I get Administrator rights under Windows Vista? (http://www.spybot.info/en/faq/42.html)

Also, honda12, wasn't there a option with the right click properties, so you can keep that permanently?

PS: The stupid question is the one not asked.
