I notice this in my internet connection logs:

connection from-
65.40.28.76

to

My PC ms-wbt-server

o bytes sent 0 bytes received

I have just a simple home PC not a server.
What is this and how can I delete it?

I use NAV2008 and Spybot S&D on a Vista Home premium with DSL connection

Yesterday my wife went to view a news video on yahoo. In the NAV2008 connection log, the following appeared

Connection to advision.webevents.yahoo.com

from (MY PC) Back-Orifice-200-1

There was also a second entry similar to this. The address of the websites that my computer connected to were

68.142.216.12
63.250.198.22
I googled Back-Orifice and found most entries reported it as a virus. I looked at the Norton virus site and found something similar to this. I also seem to have ms-wbt-server on my computer as well, though it shows 0 bytes sent and received

what is weird it just happened 1x
My questions:

1. Is my computer infected based on this information?
2. My scans do not pick up anything more than tracking cookies
4. What do I need to do next (besides get NIS2008)?

Please help

Hello,

4. What do I need to do next
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

Then start a new topic providing the HJT log please, and I will close this one as helpers look for threads without a response.
