Ok I've picked up something I'm sure  so pleeeeease help. I have online virus protection (aliant security services) but this is what's happening (please excuse the non techie talk)
The bottom right hand of my computer (sys tray?) has a shield on it that's for windows update/security. When I turned on my computer this evening it keeps asking me to download windos xp 2008 virus/spyware protection. I clicked no :red: probably my first mistake (or whatever I caught to get me in this mess).
Then I get a little blue screen, about the size of a cig pack that says:
MALWARE ALERT!
Attention! Some maleware tries to send this cookie to remote server.
Email: Removed (which is indeed my email)
Password: ******** (not shown for protection) which is what it says.
Malware server: bosja.com
HELP!!
