Nuwar I-Worm non-stop attack- please help!

HI, Thanks in advance for your help! :angel:I haven't opened any of the funky email attachments that are supposed to give this virulent I-worm. But somehow I got it and have been battling it for four solid days.
--I need to clean this up ASAP, so that I can use my computer for a new job. I have downloaded newest Spybot (and have been a dedicated fan for awhile), using AVG Anti-virus, Adaware, virus removal tools... I'm hoping that Spybot, and its hotshots, can suggest something that actually works.
--I couldn't find any specific virus removal tools from Spybot itself...anyone have ideas that wil help?
