Help with (presumed) malware...

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I found these forums most helpful back in 2006 when I had major problems with malware. Recently (having used p2p for the first time in a long while), I've noticed my PC has slowed incredibly and I'm having real problems to get it to do... anything! It takes forever to open progams, songs, etc. The HDD sounds like it is more or less constantly working, even when I'm not doing anything.

Are you able to come to my rescue?!
