Is my system clean now?

Hey,i downloaded a "picture",and didnt see it was a .exe file before i opened it,i ran ESET nod32 without any results,and also Search & Destroy without finding anything,then i ran Malwarebytes'Anti-Malware and it found 1 trojan that was the thing i were looking for,deleted and quarantine..but the Search & Destroy still gets about 10-15 registery change thingys all the time,my deskop gets full beacuse all of these registery change windows.

I denied them,but now they keep popping up, example: http://data.fuskbugg.se/skalman01/asdasdiiuuu.jpg

Then i downloaded AVG free edition,and detected and removed alot of the
same trojan,am i safe now or ?

This was from Malwarebytes'Anti-Malware : Registry Values Infected:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run\svchost (Worm.IRCBot) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
