Google Redirect Problem please HELP!

I recently had the XP Antivirus 2008 malware and I was able to remove it but now I have the Google redirect problem. Please help!

Please continue as follows:


Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix, link (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html)
Remember to re-enable them afterwards.


Click Yes to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
