Virtumonde, PWS.LDPinchIE, & XP automatic update help please

[NT1969]

My windows XP security alerts keep telling to turn on updates, but I can't. My computer has been slow lately and I keep getting redirecting to random websites.

I'm running Win XP SP3. Ad-Aware, MacAfee, & FixVundo do not find anything. Using Vundofix & Killbox, I was able to remove wintfj32.dll & nnnmexv.dll from the system32 folder. However, Spybot still keeps detecting virtumonde & pws.ldpinchie.

Spybot also states the following WinLogon (Current System): cryptmd5.dll, but I cannot find this file anywhere on my PC. I have also been unable to delete the following BHOs with Killbox and Vundofix in the system32 folder: jkkjjgyw.dll and he73hdfe.dll.

I would sincerely appreciate any help with this issue, I'll start with my current HJT log.

I was able to fix the problem with ComboFix with the help of older posts and thanks to previous replies from the experts.
I would be glad to close your topic but I believe you should be aware you still have active Smitfraud infection which combofix does not remove. You should also know this:
A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

If you wish to continue, follow the posted directions:

Since there is little in the HJT log, we will need to search:

1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
