Help.. Infected

I have just reloaded windows, with updates and my computer was runnining like a dream. I thourght to load spy-killer as a spy-wear but after reading about it. I removed it after a day or so.
Spy-bot is telling me that I have spy-killer entry after a scan, which re-adjust my reg to enable it to still have control of my computer Reg. I have tryed for 4 days to remove it and its just about beat me to a pulp
Any help guy's is really appriciated.:police:
