How do you Block Right Media Cookie

How do you keep this cookie out Right Media.

Is it because I use Yahoo with Firefox.

This Right Media keeps on showing up after I scan and fix.

I added Adblock Plus to Firefox.

I did a few search's in Yahoo. Then I just did another scan Right Media didn't show up in scan.

I will test for the next few day's.

Other wise I may have to do a filter in Perl.
