I have been trying since early this morning to do the updates and I keep getting Bad Checksum....any info would be appreciated...tyvm

Or choose the direct installation file (www.spybotupdates.com/files/spybotsd160.exe).
Don't forget to update afterwards!

LilaP, you can try to change the update mirror.
Is there a newer version then the S&D 1.6.0?
Also do I click on the top right corner of the download page to download it or one of the ones below on the page?
Confused when it comes to these programs.

Ok well just tried again and still won't update for me. I live in Canada and used the update for that also tried the USA updates and still no luck

update mirror is the place you choose to update spybot from in the spybot updater. (i think it is called update mirror)
Ok finally got it to update. I had to try 6 different places to update from and finally found one that updated for me..tyvm for all you help
