Vurtumono and Antivirus 2009

Well, it looks like I am not alone in finding this virus. This is my son's computer I have been scanning and scanning for about 2 hours now and keep finding the virus over and over. I cannot access updates for Windows, It keeps turning my security settings off when I block a website and it sends me pop ups constantly. I was not able to even go to off of IE's man page (MSN) until I ran the scans. I am going to try to dl Hijack This, since it seems to be the program to use, but I will wait on specific instructions to do so. Thanks for your help. This is a scary little thing...
