Win32.GGDoor

When I ran Spybot yesterday an item came up that said "Trojan" over to the side. It was a file named Win32.GGDoor.

I believe it also stated that the Registry had been changed. I know nothing about editing the Registry and just wondered if anyone else ever heard of this file and if it is indeed a threat.
