Please help. This has even added a new desktop background picture.
I ran spybot in safe mode first, cleaned up, and here are the HT logs.

Just wanted to add that this is a different computer than the one you kindly helped me fix several months ago.
We currently have no way to remove the desktop background image that has appeared. The controls ('desktop' tab, and 'screensaver' tab) in the control panel-display settings- are totally gone.
We are very worried. This computer was used for our online banking and bill payments.
Please help when you get a chance.

Hi

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer
Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode
If it is not already set to do this, go to the Mode menu
select
Advanced Mode

On the left hand side, click on Tools
Then click on the Resident icon in the list
Uncheck
Resident TeaTimer
and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
