Hello.

After my Dell PC (running windows xp service pack 2) is idle for awhile, my internet connection fails. I need to then reset winsock and reboot my computer. After which, my computer works ok but it only lasts for a few hours...then I need to reboot again. I have spybot s&d and adaware and no other nonsense. I did have a trojan, but it was removed by adaware. Ever since, I've had this network problem. I downloaded hijackthis and the following is the log that was produced. Please help me get things back to normal.

Hello Eric, a couple of things.

I have to assume you never read the directions since I can not believe you would post an out of date HJT log if you did. HJT is also running unsafely from the Desktop.

You are also showing signs of a Smitfraud infection, I can not tell if it is active or not:
