I am not seeing malware in your HJT log (could be hidden) and I think the fact you have so many Running Processes at Startup is probably your major issue. You should take your time, do not rush when working on your computer and make sure you have some free time when you will not be bothered to look at this information and execute the suggestions.

Start like this: Run Clean Manager
