Help - SD freezes

SD has suddenly started to lock up at the same point in the scan - 120306/288646 Win32.Agent.AEW. I have updated every week and it still refuses to complete the scan.

So you are running version 1.6?
Please run a scan in safe mode:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
That should fix it.
