Run program once at next system start up

I set this to see if it would clear all temp files but it didn't.

Now I can't uncheck this so it keeps running when I next start up the computer.How do I stop it? I tried clicking the defaults button but it still ran at the next start up and 'Run program once..." is highlighted again

The registry entry that controls Spybot running a system startup should be deleted when Spybot runs. If you are running TeaTimer are you allowing the deletion of that entry?

I followed the instructions by greyfox see http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=32923&page=2

This fixed the problem.

Also I tried manually deleting a folder in user/appdata/local/temp that contained around 120 files connected with Norton that were created back in March but have not been accessed or modified since,all were read only,this has now reduced the number of temp files to well below 100.This has not affected Norton or any other programs
