Can you guys double check this for me?

I run both spybot, comodo firewall and avast to help protect me from the big bads.

Anyways, today avast came up with a malware hit so I ran both smitfraud and combofix. When I went to remove combofix some file called nircmd.cfexe and nircmd.com and nircmd.exe kept setting off my comodo firewall.

It only seemed to happen when I tried to uninstall combofix so I wasn't sure if it was part of the program or not.

After combofix uninstalled I thought maybe I should post the output of a freshly installed copy of hijack this to these forums in hopes you guys could double check and make sure my system's clean.
