Impossible to reach spybot help page

Hello, every time I click on help it says: this program cannot reach the web page, probable causes: you may not be connected to the internet, or the web site has problems etc.. etc .. Also everytime I try to reach Spybot website pages, there is a faulty script syntax window and I can reach the page only after I click OK.

Which page do you mean exactly?
The help menu?
Did you download all available updates?
