Here’s my story, it starts with an auto loading of a program called anti Virus 2009 (a bugger to get rid of) by accident. I manually removed the program using Norton. This triggered Mc afee to report an unwanted program called Winxdefender which was located in the uninstall program exe in Anti Virus 2009 program and removed it.
From this point on, Spybot kept reporting Virtumonde.sci, and was fixed. The next day it would reappear again or sooner. Spybot would report Virtumonde.sci fixed regardless weather TT was on or off. I also ran both Mcafee, Norton anti virus programs and Ad Ware 2008 Smart scan which reported nothing.
I read most of the treads for Virumonde.sci and what was being suggested for the removal. I was about to post my HJT log but remembered I was going to be away for a few days I figured I put it off till I got back.
I decided to give it one more shot, I ran both anti virus programs and nothing, and Spybot again reported Virumonde.sci and it was fixed. The last program I ran was Ad Ware 2008 but with one change. Instead of running the Smart scan I ran the full scan (deep scan). The sparks started to fly, early in the scan Ad Ware reported a win32 Trojan agent (6 infections) plus about 6 cookies. Near the end of the Ad Ware scan, my Mcafee program reported two alerts and removal which turned out to be “FakeAlert-AB Trojan” which was in two restore file. As recommended, I also cleared all my restore point and started fresh.
Since the above, I have NOT gotten any more Virumonde.sci reports and Spybot is reporting everything is fine. I’m still attaching a copy of HJT log to see if there is any garage left.

Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
For starters it would be handy if you would take the time to read the directions. Had you done this, I would assume, you would not have posted an out of date HJT log. Pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum and posted above are those directions. I will say I see no malware in this HJT log.
Post the correct HJT log and I will take another look, please include any comments you think will help with that post.
I would also like to be sure you are running the newest version of Spybot S&D and you are fully immunized.

Spybot-S&D 1.6 is installed and the immunization is good up to 8/28 included. My concern now is for the files in HJT log that say "no file"
i.e. (O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4D25F921-B9FE-4682-BF72-8AB8210D6D75} - (no file). Should these be removed with HJT?
Note: The reoccurring "Virumonde.sci" is a fake (and can vary) in most of the treads I've read here. The real agent is “FakeAlert-AB Trojan” which is located in the system restore file (s) which is recreating the triggers. Further, a win32 trojan agent is created. I use Ad Ware 2008 free edition Full scan to remove win32 trojan and my active Anti Virus system removed the FakeAlert ab trojan when scan reach them in the restore file (s). McAfee recommended that all restore points be removed XP.

I am not seeing any malware in this HJT log. I do however see this:
You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.

I have Norton Systems Works install but without the anti Virus program. However, there still is a web link to go to there site an run an anti virus program on line within the program.
McAfee suite is the only active anti virus program running and installed.

Could these be orphan items
Note: All ready corrected The reoccurring "Virumonde.sci" an it is a fake (and can vary) in most of the treads I've read here on "Virumonde.sci" are fakes. The real agent is “FakeAlert-AB Trojan” which is located in the system restore file (s) which is recreating the triggers. Further, a win32 trojan agent is created. I use Ad Ware 2008 free edition Full scan to remove win32 trojan and my active McAfee suite Anti Virus system removed the FakeAlert ab trojan when the Ad Ware scan reach them in the restore file (s).
McAfee recommended that all restore points be removed XP.

Thanks for providing that information, if you taken the time to read the directions you would have read this.
Preliminary Notes:
Please do NOT turn off System Restore trying to remove an infection. Doing so would only serve to destroy a known restore point (not good) and won't remove the malware. Let your helper advise you as to when a System Restore flush is called for.

1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.

* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
