No access to internet from infected computer. (Bought from a friend, they needed the cash, it's supposed to be faster than mine, but atm, isn't)

Was infected with SmitFraud(and others). Ran Smitfraud fix in safe mode and the unhook dll's thing from the symantec website. Fixed all I can with Spybot(Virtumonde, Trojans galore, etc.)

I can see Winlogon.exe and Explorer.exe in processexplorer now. Still a bit slow. Still can't see Security Service in services therefore no firewall, should we hook up to the net in future. I uninstalled lots of programs as well. Spybot won't run now.

Hello

Welcome to Safer Networking.

Please read Before You Post (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

This is one of the issues your having
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/uninstall/1810/IpWins.html

I don't know what programs you removed but you have a very lean system, hope you haven't removed to much. You have no internet access, was this like this when you got this computer or has it started after you removed some programs???

You have no Anti Virus program, install one of these free ones after you get access, going online nowadays with no AV is kind of suicidal
Free Anti Virus Programs

AVG Free (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti-virus-free/lng/us/tpl/v5)
Free Avast 4 Home Edition (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html)
Avira AntiVirŪ Personal Edition Classic (http://www.free-av.com/)

Free Firewalls

Sygate Personal Firewall Free Edition (http://www.filehippo.com/download_sygate_personal_firewall/[/url])
Comodo Personal Firewall (http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/)
Outpost Firewall Free (http://www.agnitum.com/products/outpostfree/index.php)
Zone Alarm (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,7228,00.asp)

You can download this program from a good computer and then transfer it by disk or thumb drive.
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) or Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.<-- Don't forget this
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a New Hijackthis log.

Take your time, I will be offline until tomorrow morning
