immunization locked a file extension

Hello All,

After applying an immunization to my system, I have a file extension (*.nas) that is always opening with spybot and doing a quick scan on it. I tried to right click and open with another application, then check the box to always use that program. It opens fine that one time, but the next time I double click that icon it again launches spybot instead of my app. Any advice to clear this?
