What a mess Please help

This computer had many viruses on it.
I downloaded avg and removed most.

Ran spybot and adaware.

Ran malwarebytes and nothing came up but spybot say..

Allso got trojandownloader

I tried to run combofix but it would not go past stage 4

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.
Uninstall any P2P before we start.

We will need to do some searching first:

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
