Boot problem

I ran Spybot on my desktop and it apparently removed some files from my boot sector there are need to boot. I am running XP home edition; it boots to PREPARING NETWORK CONNECTIONS and then it shuts down and starts a new boot. Do you have any suggestions on how to get ths computer to boot?:sad::sick:

1.) Did this occur during the first install and/or first spybot scan?

2.) what windows version are you running?

3.) what spybot version?

4.) Was anything severally changed on the system when this occurred?
