Spybot has been removed

Please help,

I have got something on my machine and don't know what is going on. Some sort of virus removed Spybot and ZoneAlarm from my machine. It also has stopped me getting on the internet. I am connected ok but Firefox and IE just time out. I reinstalled my broadband and got back online. I run AdAware, A2 and Ewido and they found problems and fixed them. Then when I downloaded and installed Spybot and ZoneAlarm again they both failed to install properly. The main .exe file for Spybot is missing. My browsers also keep crashing.

Anybody any ideas? Help would be much appreciated.
