Problem with Antivirus XP 2008 and Virtumonde

Been infected with these nasties for several days and can't seem to make any progress removing them. Most recently I ran Spybot and Malware Anti-malware (in safe mode) but machine loads the bad stuff right back as fast as I can remove it. Also, if I let the system sit for any length of time (even in safe mode), it starts to reboot. Here is my most recent malware-Anti-malware log and hijack this log. Let me know what you think.

Do NOT run 'FIXES' before helpers have analyzed the HJT log

What I think is that you are very infected, I am not even sure what the junk is.
Make sure you read and follow the directions, anything else will slow the process and waste both of our time.
I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
These infections can be tough to remove so do not expect fast or easy.

We will start with combofix, to see if it knows the infection.

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

Remove any old copies of combofix before you proceed.

I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more.
You have additional infections and you are badly infected. This new infection can not be remove by normal means. I have to assume since this infection was NOT in the last HJT log and is in this HJT log that the computer is being taking online and the malware had access to download more junk.
I want you to know, before I proceed, that you have the option of reformating your computer:

1) http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html <<< download this tool to your Desktop, this is an emergency tool in the event we have connection issues when we remove this malware, this tool will restore your connection. We will NOT need it for any other reason and if you have no issues we will delete it later.

I appreciate your help and guidance. I'm going to do some research into VAIO system restore to return my computer to factory settings. From what I can tell so far, it appears that I would have to make restoration disks. Do you see a problem with me making restoration disks on my computer in the condition that is in. The recovery disks are apparently made from info stored in a hidden recovery drive partition. Do you know of any way I can determine whether that partition has been compromised or have you heard of folks successfully doing this system recovery using recovery disks. Any guidance you could give would be fantastic.

I am sorry, your questions are out of my area of expertise. I suggest you google for the answers you wantor discuss your questions with VAIO technical support. I doubt the partition has been compromised but can not say so with 100% certainty due to lack of knowledge of your system. The technical folks at VAIO should be able to give you those answers.
