not sure what is happening

for some reason my computer keeps getting internet interuption. It say connected to Unidentified Network limited connectivity. I know my connections are fine so why does it do this. Also today my mouse would roll over and highlight the icons but it wouldn't bring up the window or even click on shut-down. The screen said I had shut off nortons when I hadn't. Microsoft Security popped up saying I had multiple security problems "click here to view" I never clicked I just shut down and reboot in safe mode. I ran both nortons and spybot s&d. Any ideas as to what this could be.
