Well, I did something stupid and installed something I shouldn't have. :oops:

I've done multiple scans in safe mode with no network cables plugged in, etc. with Spybot like it says to do when you inspect the file. I've also used AVG Anti-Virus but low and behold it does keep coming back.

Either I'm doing something wrong or I need more help.

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
