Teatimer not starting

I had a problem with a computer system file and I re-installed XP-SP3
I reactivated Spybot by executing SDMain. I checked Resident sdhelper and teatimer. Teatimer did not start -- no icon in notification area, no evidence of teatimer in Task Manager. I started teatimer with TeaTimer_original,
The next time i booted it did not start.
Should I re-install?
I have 1.6.0.31

Please uninstall Spybot - Search & Destroy according to the following link:

Then download a fresh copy of Spybot - Search & Destroy and try to install it again:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html.
Do not forget to update.

Please make sure that the TeaTimer is activated.
- Go into Spybot - Mode - Advanced Mode - Tools - Resident.
- Check the following: Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
