Spyware problem w/log

Hello. I recently downloaded a program and a keygen using bittorent and Azureus, and it seems that I have also downloaded some spyware. I use Firefox, s I doubt it's a problem with the browser. I ran spybot, fixed the selected problems, ran cwshredder with nothing found and still have spyware.
