On the Resident page I seem to have trillions of entries (a sample below) what do they mean? can they just be deleted. any help would be appreciated

These entries are a log of the actions of the resident "Teatimer". If you look at the top of the "Resident" screen you will see an icon titled "Archive Log". Just click on it to archive the entries which will remove them from the screen, and archive them.

Should it be necessary to refer back to them (if for instance you have a problem which you think may have resulted from the action of a resident process you can then goto Tools/View Report and click on view previous report - Past "Resident" reports will be ones that are named Resident.yymmdd-hhmm.log. From time to time when you are sure you won't need to review some of the old logs because of their age, you can clean them out (delete) using the "Clean up old reports" button on the View report page.
