I've got a mess- please help-pc illiterate

Now Spybot says " It is reccomended that you reboot and scan again"

This thing disabled my other spyware programs, so I'm scared to do anything without some advice. I have tax returns online, have used pc for credit card purchases etc. Can it get a hold of those type things???

filling my pc with "Smart Antivirus 2009"

Tried to fix problems still have the Smart Antivirus. NNC.MGRS,Smit-C.,Smit-C.MSVPS, WildTangent.
